Niloufar Afnan holds an MA in Furniture Design from Central Saint Martins (2011). She works with different mediums and often creates useless objects. Function is not important to her because we are constantly surrounded by practicality. She seeks the spaces in between our everyday brouhaha. Her works have been exhibited at the London Design festival and Tokyo Rooms among others. She has been a faculty member at the Lebanese American University since 2013.
