Jessica El Mal

Jessica El Mal is a British-Moroccan artist and curator with an interest in ecology, globalisation and migration. Her work addresses global structures of power through critical research, multidisciplinary projects, and speculative future imaginaries. She has had exhibitions across the UK and Europe including at Open Eye Gallery, Liverpool, Manchester Museum and MAMA Rotterdam. She runs community arts programs in partnership with The Arab British Centre, Journey’s Festival International and the Forestry Commission.
