Nali Gillespie

Nali Julia Gillespie is currently a medical student at Duke University School of Medicine in NC, USA. Over the past five years, she has spent many months working on ethnographic research on refugee issues related to protracted displacement and health in Jordan and Lebanon. She is also involved with advocacy of resettled refugee communities in Durham, NC. Prior to starting medical school, she worked as a science high school teacher in Nablus, Palestine.
