Nuwar Alhusari is a Syrian visual artist, researcher, and lecturer, and holds an MFA in Graphics from Damascus University. His ongoing practice-based research explores the role of language, memory, and positionality as instruments of expression within structural social and political discourses. His recent teaching experiences experiment with bodies of artistic and pedagogical methods and political tensions as triggers for artistic practice, production, and critique. He is currently a PhD candidate at Bauhaus University Weimar in Germany

نوّار الحُصَري فنان بصري سوري، وباحث، ومحاضر، يحمل درجة الماجستير في الفنون الجميلة (الغرافيك) من جامعة دمشق. يستكشف بحثه الحالي القائم على الممارسة دور اللغة والذاكرة والموقعية كأدوات للتعبير في بنية الخطابات الاجتماعية والسياسية. وتختبر خبراته التدريسية الأخيرة مناهج فنية وتربوية والتوترات السياسية بوصفها محفزات للممارسة الفنية والإنتاج والنقد. وهو حالياً مرشّح لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في جامعة باوهاوس فايمار في ألمانيا.
